- Production: We’ll produce your custom product based on the approved design. Production times vary by item—check individual product pages for details.
Q2: What themes are available? Can I request a custom theme?
We offer preset themes like 「Solo Star」, 「Birthday Paw-ty」, and 「Cosmic Adventure」, with more themes added regularly. To ensure quality, custom themes are currently unavailable. However, if you have specific ideas, feel free to email us—we’d love to hear your suggestions!
Q3: What products can the portrait be printed on?
We currently support 10+ daily items, including mugs, hats, phone cases, T-shirts, pillows, tote bags, and mouse pads. Our product list is constantly updated—choose your favorite when placing an order.
Q4: Will the printed design fade or wear off?
We use eco-friendly high-definition printing technology for long-lasting, scratch-resistant, and wash-resistant results. Follow care instructions (e.g., hand-wash, low-heat ironing) based on the product material to extend its lifespan.
Q5: Can I revise the design?
Revisions are allowed before final confirmation. Submit adjustment requests via the order page. Once confirmed, changes cannot be made. Thank you for understanding!
