Our products are for anyone who wants to honor the bond with their pet — whether you’re celebrating a companion still with you, or finding a meaningful way to remember one you’ve lost. They also make deeply thoughtful gifts for friends going through pet loss.

What is a pet memorial gift?
A pet memorial gift is a keepsake designed to help pet owners preserve the memory and love they shared with their pet in a tangible, lasting way. All Wula Planet pieces are fully personalized around your specific pet.

Can you make dog memorial gifts and cat memorial gifts?
Absolutely. Whether it’s a dog memorial gift or a cat memorial gift, we customize every piece from your pet’s own photos. Other pet types are welcome too.
After you place your order, we create a custom design based on your pet’s photos and send you a preview within 3 business days. You can request up to 2 rounds of revisions. Once you approve the design, we move into production. Nothing is made until you say it’s exactly right.

What kind of photos should I submit?
For the best result, please provide:
· Clear, well-lit photos — avoid blurry or dark images
· At least one front-facing photo showing your pet’s face clearly
· Multiple photos from different angles if possible — this helps us capture your pet’s unique markings, colors, and personality
· The more photos you share, the better we can bring your pet to life

How many photos do I need to submit?
At minimum, one clear front-facing photo is required. However, we strongly recommend submitting multiple photos from different angles. The more we have to work with, the more accurately we can capture what makes your pet one of a kind.

Can I request specific poses, styles, or backgrounds?
Yes. When placing your order, you can leave notes about your preferences — such as a specific style, mood, or background. We’ll do our best to incorporate your vision into the design.

How many rounds of revision do I get?
Every order includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. During each round, let us know what you’d like adjusted — colors, details, composition — and we’ll refine the design accordingly. Production only begins once you’ve given your final approval.

Can I make changes after I’ve approved the design?
Once you confirm your approval and production begins, changes can no longer be made. Please review the design carefully before giving the go-ahead.
Production & Shipping

How long does it take to receive my order?
Here’s a full timeline:
· Design preview: within 3 business days of ordering
· Revisions: up to 2 rounds
· Production: 10–15 business days after your approval
· US shipping: 5–8 business days
Total estimated time from order to delivery is approximately 3–4 weeks, depending on revision rounds and carrier conditions.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. All orders ship free within the contiguous United States — no minimum order, no hidden fees.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most major international destinations including the EU, UK, Canada, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand. International shipping times and any applicable duties vary by region.

Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. As soon as your order ships, we’ll email your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Can I expedite my order?
If you have a specific time requirement, please contact us before placing your order. We’ll check our production schedule and let you know if it’s possible. An additional fee may apply if expedited arrangements can be made.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include clear photos of the damage. We’ll respond within 24 hours and arrange a complimentary remake — no back-and-forth, no hassle.

What if the product doesn’t match my approved design?
If the finished piece significantly differs from your approved design — wrong colors, poses, or obvious quality issues — contact us within 30 days with photos and a description. We’ll review it and make it right.

What if my package is lost in transit?
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will recreate and reship your order at no charge. Please reach out as soon as you notice a delivery issue and we’ll look into it right away.

How long do I have to report an issue?
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us about any issue with your order.

How are refunds processed?
Once your refund is approved, we’ll process it within 5 business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your payment method — credit or debit cards typically take an additional 5–10 business days, while PayPal refunds usually arrive within 3–5 business days. For further details, please contact your bank or payment provider.

Can I cancel my order?
You may request a refund before approving the design — simply let us know and we’ll process it within 5 business days. Once you approve the design and production begins, cancellations are no longer accepted.
