Because every Wula Planet creation is a one-of-a-kind custom piece, we want to ensure it perfectly captures your pet’s charm and your vision. That’s why we first provide you with a personalized design proposal based on your pet’s photo. You’ll have the chance to review it and request adjustments—we’ll refine it until you’re completely satisfied. If you are unsatisfied with the design, you may request a refund at this stage.
- After submitting a refund request, Wula Planet requires 3–5 business days to verify relevant details. Once confirmed, we will notify you via email, and the refund will be processed to your original payment account.
- Typically, your bank or credit card company will take 5–7 business days to complete the transaction. For further details, please contact your financial institution.
Once the design is confirmed and production starts, returns or refunds will not be accepted except under special circumstances.
After-Sales Support
- Shipping Damage: If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the damaged areas. We will arrange a replacement or re-shipment.
- Significant Errors: If the product received severely deviates from your customization (e.g., incorrect colors, poses, or obvious quality flaws), contact us within 48 hours with detailed descriptions and photos. We will provide a fair resolution.
Important Note: Minor color or detail variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products. These slight differences are normal and do not affect the overall quality, so they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If Your Package Is Lost in Transit
- If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, contact us immediately. We will work with the carrier to track your package.
- If the package is confirmed lost, we will recreate and reship your order to ensure you receive it.
