Classic Custom — Using Your Pet’s Photo
For pieces made directly from your pet’s photo, you order on Amazon and we get straight to work.

Upload Your Photo
On the Amazon product page, click “Custom” and upload your pet’s photo. Clear, front-facing shots work best.

We Handle the Rest
Once your order is placed, we jump straight into production and ship it to you.
AI Portrait & Memorial — Preview Before You Buy
For AI portrait and memorial pieces, we recommend confirming your design by email before you order, so it’s just right.

Once you’re happy, order on Amazon — click “Custom,” upload your photo, and we’ll begin.
A note: if you order on Amazon without confirming your design by email, we’ll treat the current design as approved and produce it as-is. Returns or exchanges for design preferences can’t be accepted in that case — so for custom pieces, preview first.
Timing at a Glance
The three stages run in sequence: design preview within 3 business days (AI & Memorial only), then production in 3–6 business days, and shipping in 5–15 days.
Production is counted in business days, shipping in calendar days. Shipping times are estimates — actual delivery depends on the carrier.
