Every piece is made from scratch, just for you. Here’s how it gets from our hands to yours.
Free shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States — no minimums, no hidden fees.
Your order, step by step
Every custom order moves through four stages. Production only begins after you give us the green light.
Design
We create a custom preview of your piece based on your pet’s photos and send it to you by email for review.
Revision
Not quite right? Tell us what to adjust. We’ll refine the design until it feels true to your pet.
Approval
Once you’re happy, confirm your approval and we move straight into production. No changes can be made after this point.
Production & Shipping
Your piece is handcrafted and shipped to your door. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as it’s on its way. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier.

Following your order
A tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. If your package hasn’t arrived by the estimated date, reach out and we’ll look into it right away.
Expedited production and shipping upgrades are available at checkout for an additional fee.
