What kind of photo should I send for my custom pet lantern?
A clear, well-lit, front-facing photo works best — the higher the resolution, the sharper the print. One pet per lantern gives the cleanest result.
Do you print my pet photo as-is, or can it be restyled?
Either way. We print your original pet photo exactly as it is, or our designers can give your pet a fun, illustrated look. Same lantern, two styles.
Will my pet show on all four sides of the lantern?
Yes — your image is printed across all four panels, so your pet looks great from every angle on a shelf, table, or hanging up.
Can I add my pet’s name to the lantern?
Yes. You can personalize the lantern with both your pet’s photo and their name.
How bright is it — can I use the lantern as a pet night light?
It gives a soft, warm, candle-like glow rather than a harsh white light. It’s gentle enough for a bedside pet night light and cozy enough to set the mood in any room.
Does the solar pet lantern have to be outdoors to charge?

Ordering & After-Sales
What do I need to do after placing my order?
After your order is placed, we’ll send an email to your registered email address. Please use that email to share your pet’s photos and any relevant details. Once we receive them, we’ll create a custom design preview within 3 business days. Production only begins after you approve.
What photos should I provide?
Please share clear, well-lit photos with at least one front-facing shot. Multiple angles are even better — the more we have, the more accurately we can capture your pet.
Can I request changes to the design?
Yes. Every order includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. We don’t move into production until you’re completely happy with the design.
How long will it take to arrive?
Production takes approximately 10–15 business days after your approval. US delivery takes an additional 5–8 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What if something is wrong when my order arrives?
