Your chosen image is printed across all four panels of the lantern, so it’s visible from every angle. We work from the single photo you send to keep the look consistent on each side.
What’s the difference between the real-photo version and the angel portrait?
With the real-photo version, we print your actual photo as you send it. With the angel portrait, our designers reimagine your pet as a soft, illustrated guardian angel based on your photo — same lantern, two different styles. You choose which feels right.
What kind of photo works best for the angel portrait design?
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face and markings are easy to see gives our designers the most to work with. Front-facing or slightly angled shots tend to translate best into the angel style.
How bright is the light, and what color is it?
It gives off a soft, warm candle-like glow rather than a harsh white light — bright enough to create a gentle nighttime presence, but meant for ambiance and remembrance rather than lighting a whole room.
Does the solar lantern charge enough if I keep it indoors?
It charges best in direct outdoor daylight. Indoors, place it near a window that gets steady sun during the day. In low-light spots it may not reach a full charge, so a sunny windowsill or outdoor daytime charging is recommended if you plan to display it inside.
How long does the light stay on after a full day of charging?
After a full day in good sunlight, the LED typically glows through the evening and into the night on a single charge, then recharges itself automatically the next day.
Is it safe to leave outside year-round?
It’s designed for outdoor use on patios, garden paths, balconies, and near memorial spots. Like most solar décor, it holds up well to normal outdoor conditions, though sheltering it from severe storms and bringing it indoors during harsh winter weather will help preserve the finish and panels over time.

Will the printed image fade in sunlight over time?
The image is printed for durability and made to hold up to regular outdoor display. As with anything kept in constant direct sun, keeping it in a partly shaded spot when possible helps the colors stay rich for longer.
Ordering & After-Sales
What do I need to do after placing my order?
After your order is placed, we’ll send an email to your registered email address. Please use that email to share your pet’s photos and any relevant details. Once we receive them, we’ll create a custom design preview within 3 business days. Production only begins after you approve.
What photos should I provide?
Please share clear, well-lit photos with at least one front-facing shot. Multiple angles are even better — the more we have, the more accurately we can capture your pet.
Can I request changes to the design?
Yes. Every order includes up to 2 rounds of revisions. We don’t move into production until you’re completely happy with the design.
How long will it take to arrive?
Production takes approximately 10–15 business days after your approval. US delivery takes an additional 5–8 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
What if something is wrong when my order arrives?
