What size is the frame, and how is it powered?
The acrylic panel measures 5.3″ × 7.1″ on a round base — compact enough for a desk, shelf, or nightstand. It runs on USB, so you can plug it into a power bank, laptop, or any wall adapter. No batteries required.

How do I switch between the light modes?
Tap the touch-sensitive button on the base. Each tap cycles through white, warm, and warm-white light, so you can match the glow to the room or the time of day.

Can I add my pet’s name and dates?
Yes. Every frame can be personalized with your pet’s name and the dates you’d like remembered, printed alongside your photo in the cupped-hands design.

Will the printed photo fade over time?
No. We use high-resolution UV printing on premium acrylic, which keeps the image sharp and true to color for years of display.

Is it safe to leave on overnight?

How do I place an order?
It depends on the product. For our classic custom pieces (using your pet’s photo), just head to Amazon, click the “Custom” button on the product page, upload your pet’s photo, and check out — production starts right after.
For our AI portrait and memorial custom pieces, we recommend confirming your design first. Email us at support@wulaplanet.com with the link to your chosen design and your pet’s photos, and we’ll send you a preview before you order on Amazon.

What photos should I provide?
Please share clear, well-lit photos (1200px or larger recommended) with at least one front-facing shot. Multiple angles are even better — the more we have, the more accurately we can capture your pet.

Can I request changes to the design?
Of course — this applies to our AI portrait and memorial custom pieces. After we send your preview, just share your thoughts and we’ll refine the design together until it truly looks like your beloved pet. Most designs are finalized within 1–2 rounds.

How long does the whole process take?
For AI portrait and memorial pieces, we’ll send your design preview within 3 business days of your email. Once your order is placed, production takes 3–6 business days (depending on the product), and shipping takes another 5–15 days — actual delivery times depend on the carrier. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

What if I order without confirming my design first?
For AI portrait and memorial custom pieces, if you place your order on Amazon without confirming your design by email, we’ll consider the current design approved and proceed directly to production as-is. Returns or exchanges due to design preferences can’t be accepted in this case — so we always recommend previewing first!

What if something is wrong when my order arrives?
If there’s a quality issue or shipping damage, contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos of the problem. We’ll respond within 24 hours and arrange a complimentary remake. (Please note this covers product quality and damage — not design preferences on orders placed without a prior preview.)
